Synergon is about people

Synergon has been operating on the information technology market since 2012, when we founded our company with headquarters in Banská Bystrica. Gradually, we expanded with branches in Bratislava and Liptovský Mikuláš.

In our team you can meet directly with the owners, who have been working in the field of information technology for over 30 years, our directors, who have many years of experience, as well as a young dynamic team of technicians and salespeople. We do not follow a hierarchical company structure and therefore we communicate directly with our customers across the company.

- Customer's interests are of paramount importance to us
- We carry out our activities independently, professionally and with the utmost respect for ethical, social and moral rules
- We avoid situations that would lead to conflicts of interest
- We only provide the customer with information based on objective facts and evidence
- The customer has the right to be informed of all possible risks and limitations arising from the nature of the solutions and supplies provided
- The price for our supplies and services does not include any hidden charges and is clear as to the scope of the services and supplies provided
- We never take advantage of our expertise and experience against customers who lack insight into IT technology
- We adhere to the agreed payment discipline to all our suppliers and partners
- We only bid for and execute contracts that we can perform with sufficient expertise, within the specified time and scope
- We comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act as well as the principles of information security
- We guarantee the observance of commercial confidentiality and the confidentiality of information obtained from third parties
- We do not comment on the conduct and behaviour of other suppliers and partners in front of the customer
- We do not participate directly or through third parties in activities that are contrary to legislation or good manners
- We defend the good name of our company and the good name of our customers by our actions
- We comply with valid customer agreements in our activities, regardless of their form and circumstances

Satisfied customer is our primary goal

- To design, sell, implement and service products according to customer requirements, including customer training
- To create the conditions and allocate the necessary resources for the quality implementation of customer requirements
- Establish partnership relationships with suppliers based on mutual trust by meeting requirements with quality
- Prevent rather than resolve complaints
- Identify non-conformities and take appropriate corrective or preventive action immediately when they occur
- Identify the level and type of further improvement necessary to make the company even more successful
- Periodically review the established quality policy with a view to its continuing appropriateness
- to apply the principle of prevention over the principle of detection of non-conformities at all times

ISO management system certificates

Synergon a.s. has had management systems in place for the main areas of its operations since 2014. The systems have been certified by QECON, spol. s.r.o. for development, sales, implementation and service in the field of IT. Information security management, environmental management and for customer training in IT. The implemented management systems are a guarantee for our customers and business partners to provide services according to proven standards and procedures in an effort to guarantee the highest quality.
